Access An App
Apps come with a wide variety of features and functionality. The great thing is that you only need to find the apps you want on Shopify App Store then add them to your store. If you don’t like an app, you can just uninstall it. Of course, many apps require you to pay in order to use them, but a lot of them have a free plan for you to try first. All of the apps you’ve installed will be displayed in the Apps section in your Shopify admin. Here’s how you can access an app in Shopify:

On Shopify, apps could be a great assistance to you as they offer a wide variety of features and functionality. All of the apps have been installed could be found in the Apps section once you logged in to your store account. In the previous post, I’ve covered how to access an app on Shopify. Today post is going to be all about How to access an app’s menu on Shopify: How to access an app in Shopify Step 1: Go to Settings, then go to Apps Step 2: Click the name of the app Step 3: Click Settings
Delete A Private App
Contradictory to public apps, which could work with many different stores and can easily be found on Shopify App Store, private apps are exclusively built to serve the need of your Shopify store. Private apps could be used for a variety of purposes, including adding more features to your store, accessing store’s data directly via Shopify’s APIs, or extending your Shopify store to other platforms via custom storefronts. For stores on the trial plan, Shopify restricts the number of private apps store owner could create to five. Other than that, the number of private apps you could create is unlimited. We’ve covered how to uninstall a public app already, this post is going to be about how to delete a private app.
Generate Credentials From the Shopify Admin
Shopify public apps and private apps are different. Public apps are fairly easy to access, they can all be found on Shopify App Store. Private apps are made only for one store and by a developer that you trust. How you delete a public app is also a little bit different from how you delete a private app. Before authenticating your private app to Shopify, you first need to generate the credentials that are required from the Shopify store you want to have your app connected with.
One great thing about Shopify is that you can easily get apps to enhance your store functionality. When you feel like an app is no longer needed, you can easily uninstall it. You could access an app’s menu or uninstall it from the Apps section by accessing an app in Shopify.
Find Apps on Shopify App Store
So far, we have discussed a lot of apps-related topic on Shopify like how to access an app, how to uninstall an app and even generate credentials to authenticate private apps. But there’s still one thing missing, and that is how do you find an app (or apps) that works best for your stores. Now, there are many places that you can get an app, but in this post I’m going to focus on finding apps on Shopify App Store because that’s the easiest and most popular way to do it.
