How to deactivate a shipping carrier service
Step 1: Go to Settings > Shipping
After you logged into your Shopify account, take a look at the bottom of the admin screen, you can see there is a button called Settings
with the gear sign next to it. Click on Settings
.

.
Step 2: Go to Manage carriers
After you get to the shipping page, scroll down to find the Additional shipping methods
area. Form this area you can see the Carrier accounts section, click Manage carriers
.
Step 3: Deactivate shipping carrier service
After the previous step, in order to disable an account, click on the Disconnect account
next to the carriers you want to deactivate.
Step 4: Confirm the deactivation
From the new dialog that appears, click on the Disconnect account
button to confirm your deactivation.
