When I import products from Spocket to my online store, the process is incredibly straightforward—all it takes is one click on the Import button. Instantly, all the items in my import list are added to my store, complete with their detailed descriptions, high-quality pictures, and available variants.

Outside of AliScraper, most of Spocket’s suppliers are based in the US and EU, leading to faster, easier, and more reliable deliveries for your customers than sourcing from other global dropshipping locations. Consequently, your store will provide a superior purchasing experience, likely resulting in better reviews and repeat customers.

Suppliers on Spocket follow strict return guidelines, allowing either no returns, 15-day returns, or 30-day returns. For transparency, Spocket holds funds during the return period to ensure merchants receive prompt refunds when necessary.

In cases of damaged or incorrect products, merchants receive quick refunds or replacements, eliminating the need for return shipping costs. This approach increases satisfaction and convenience for both merchants and their customers.

Regarding shipping, Spocket offers flat-rate domestic and international options, using reliable carriers like DHL, USPS, ePacket, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Each product listing provides detailed shipping and processing times, helping merchants manage customer expectations effectively.

How to set up Spocket on the Shopify store

Two methods to connect Spocket to Shopify are directly Spocket and the Shopify App Store. In this guide, I will use the Shopify App Store for a straightforward integration process. 

Step 1: Set up your Shopify store

First thing to do is setting up your Shopify store. If you don’t already have one, you need your email address and a password to sign up and create a store.

Step 2: Install the Spocket app from the Shopify App Store

Step 3: Connect your Shopify store

After installing Spocket from the Shopify App Store, allow the necessary authorizations and permissions to integrate with Spocket. This will automatically redirect you to your Spocket dashboard.

Step 4: Import Products 

  • Explore Spocket’s vast catalog by searching for specific products or browsing through categories. Once you find a product that aligns with your store, click Add to Import List This saves the product for further review and customization before you add it to your Shopify store.

Step 6: Configure Product Details

Once you have imported products, it’s essential to customize their details to match your brand and appeal to your customers. 

  • Begin by accessing your Shopify admin dashboard and navigating to the Products -> Collections section. Locate and click on the product name that requires adjustments or updates.

Within the product details page, you can edit various attributes such as the product title, description, images, variants, and pricing. Ensure all information is accurate and compelling to showcase your products to potential customers.

Step 7: Set Shipping Rates

Accessing your Shopify admin dashboard. Navigate to Settings and select Shipping and delivery from the menu.

  • Within the Shipping section, select the shipping profile you want to modify. To add custom rates for specific product groups, click Create a new profile next to the shipping rate you wish to adjust.

  • Modify the shipping rate according to your requirements. You can also add a handling fee for packaging and processing. After making the necessary changes, simply click Save to finalize the changes.

Step 8: Configure Pricing Rules (Optional)

Go to your Shopify admin dashboard, find the Apps section, and click on Spocket In the Spocket app, click Settings at the bottom left corner. Next, select the Global Pricing Rules tab.

Here, you can set up your pricing rules. Choose to adjust prices by fixed amounts, multipliers, or percentages. Remember that shipping costs are separate, so account for them in your pricing.

Navigate to your Shopify dashboard and go to the Orders section. 

Here, you’ll find a list of orders placed by customers. Click on the order you fulfill, review the details, and ensure the shipping address is correct.
