How to delete a collection
Step 1: Open Collection list
Go to Products > Collections from your Shopify admin.
Step 2: Choose collection
Choose the name of the collection that you want to delete.
Step 3: Delete collection
Click Delete this collection.
Step 4: Confirm
To delete the collection, click Delete in the confirmation box.
Links to deleted collections are removed from online store menus automatically. Furthermore, you can also use the bulk action to delete more than one collection at the same time.
To permanently delete a collection on iPhone
