  • Step 1: Log into your Shopify admin and click “Orders” from the left-hand menu.

  • Confirmed: The customer places an order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. 
  • In Progress: The order has been fully or partially fulfilled. It means the package is on its way to the customer.
  • Shipping: The shipment has arrived in the customer’s area and is on track to be delivered soon.
  • Delivered: The customer has received their package.
  • Attempted Delivery: The delivery service tried to deliver the package but couldn’t. You may need to check the address details or contact the customer to find out what went wrong.
